We get it, it’s your first time. Don’t worry because we’re right here to guide you all the way.

 

GENERAL QUESTIONS

You mentioned that you are a collective, what does that mean?
We are a team of creatives and artists who aim to produce beautiful, creative, and happy images of your wedding that will surely be keepsakes for years to come. And even though we are different people with different backgrounds, we have only one goal - and that is to make sure that you fondly remember one of the happiest days of your life.


What is your photography style?
If we were to categorize our style it would be “creative classic”. We want our photos to be relevant and aesthetically-pleasing for a long time but we also employ different techniques to make them unique. We also make sure that our photos are bright and colorful because we believe that weddings are happy occassions and so we make sure to document all those happy moments.


How many weddings do you take per day?
Right now we have three senior photographers and so we can take as many as three weddings per day. Our principal photographer Paolo Feliciano accepts only one wedding per day.


What do your albums look like?
We are proud to say that we are the pioneer of Displayable Art Albums. Our albums are not to be kept but to be proudly displayed in your homes.


How many photos fit in an album?
Depending on the number of pages on your album, around 80 to 120 photos. But that would all depend on what happened during your wedding.


Will you give us raw photos?
No and yes. No, because we feel that raw (straight from the camera) photos are more like raw materials and not final products. Imagine a restaurant giving you an undercooked steak -- not so pleasing. What we will deliver are color-corrected, print-ready photos that have been carefully piicked and weeded out for outtakes and doubles/multiples. So essentially, you will still be receiving ALL photos. All perfect photos, that is.


How long do we have to wait for the flash drive?
Approximately 14 working days or earlier. Usually it’s earlier.


Who chooses the photos that go into the album?
In the interest of time, we pre-select photos and send you an initial layout for the album. From the initial layout, you tell us which photos you want removed or replace. We will only print the album once you are satisfied with the layout.


Do you do videography?
We have video partners which you can book through us or we can refer them to you if you have a specific package or set of services you want.


What time does your service start and end?
The wedding day coverage starts around 4 hours before the start of the ceremony and up to the end of the reception program.


We are relatively shy people, can you work with us?
Most of our clients are shy people. But it is one of our talents to bring out the best in you.


We are not photogenic, will you photoshop us?
While we do photoshop sparingly, we only do it to enhance but never to decieve. Having said that, we want you to look as best as possible so we tread the line between perfect and realistic.


Do you keep backups of our photos?
Yes, we have multiple backups of your photos on multiple locations. We keep your photos for as long as possible.


I lost my flash drive, can I get another copy of my photos?
While we keep your photos for as long as possible, we highly encourage you to have multiple backups on multiple locations. Having said that, you still can get copies from us but we will just charge for a processing fee of Php1,000 plus another Php1,000 for the flash drive.


BOOKING QUESTIONS

What are your payment terms?
Php10,000 downpayment, 50% of the balance on or before 2 months before the wedding, 50% of the balance on or before the day of the wedding


How do we pay?
Cash, bank transfer (BDO, Security Bank), GCash or Paypal (credit card or paypal balance)


Can I change my package in the future?
Yes, but for upgrades only.


What happens if I move my wedding to another location?
It is ok as long as it is within Pampanga. For locations outside Pampanga, we may charge an out of town fee.


What happens if I move my wedding to another date?
For rebookings to another date which are made less than 2 months before the wedding, we will charge a Php 5,000 rebooking fee.


Who will be there to shoot my wedding?
Senior photographers who will shoot at your wedding will be determined at the time of the booking.


What if my wedding is cancelled?
For cancellations made less than 2 months before the wedding, the downpayment is non-refundable. For cancellations made on the day of the wedding, the full amount of the package will be billed.


Do I need to feed you?
Yes, our entire team (2 meals)


What if there’s a natural disaster during the wedding?
If the wedding will push through, we will do our outmost best to shoot the wedding but photos taken during those difficult times will not merit a refund or discount. If the wedding does not push through or is moved to a latter date, the downpayment still applies and a rebooking fee will not be billed.


PRENUP/ENGAGEMENT SESSION QUESTIONS

Who chooses the location/theme of the prenup shoot?
We want to treat all our shoots as collaborations between Pvblic Figvre and our clients. Ultimately, you will have the last say as to the location/theme of the prenup. We will, however, suggest various locations/themes based on the specific look that you want for your photos.


What do I need to prepare for the prenup shoot?
Wardrobe, makeup, food, location coordination


What time do we start? Hoe long does the shoot take?
Depending on the month, the prenup shoot usually takes 4 to 6 hours. Makeup usually takes around 2 hours. And please do not forget to factor in the travel time between locations, if the prenup will be shot in multiple locations. The start time of the shoot depends on the location. The best light is usually around 6-8am or 4-6pm.


How many people will be there at the shoot?
1 photographer and 1 assistant unless otherwise specified


Will you bring your own transportation during the shoot?
Yes


What if we shoot out of town?
We will charge an out of town fee and we will bring our own transportation.


What is the ideal date for the prenup shoot?
Around 1-2 months before the wedding. The earlier, the better.


How long do I need to wait for the photos?
Processing the prenup photos take around 1 to 2 weeks. However, selected highlights will be ready in 1 to 2 days.


Do I need to secure a permit for the venue of the shoot?
Yes, if the location needs a permit


WEDDING DAY / POST WEDDING QUESTIONS

What do I need to prepare for you during the wedding?
All your wedding details such as gown, rings, arrhae, cord, etc. It would be best to place them in one box and endorse them to your wedding planner/coordinator for easy access.


What time will you be there on the wedding day?
Approximately 4 hours before the start of the ceremony.


When will the photography service end?
At the end of the reception program unless otherwise specified


What happens during the preparations?
We normally start by documenting your wedding details and you getting ready (getting your makeup done, dressing up). Right after you have your makeup done, we do beauty shots and then have you dressed up. After dressing up, we take family photos and of course your solo portraits.


Do my entourage need to be there during the preparations?
That would depend on you if you want photos with them before your wedding. It would be best for you to require them to arrive at the prep area around 2 hours before the ceremony, already made up and ready to dress up.


Who chooses the song for the SDE/Slideshow?
We normally choose the song but if you have a particular song in mind, please let us know.


Do I need to provide the projector for the SDE/Slideshow?
Yes, at least 4000 lumens for a projector. An LED wall would be preferable as this will bring out the best quality.

What happens after the wedding day?
Around 1 to 2 days after the wedding, we upload highlights to our facebook page. We then process your photos and send you a flash drive containing all the photos, which you will receive not more than 14 days after. Around this time, we will also send you the initial layout for your album.


How long do I have to wait for the album?
Once you approve the layout, the album production is approx 1-2 months
